Whoever wish to interview or report about Wikimedia Conference Japan 2009 may inquire about the conference using the Contact form. A staff representative will reply the inquiries and adjusted the schedule.

Report about the Conference
To prevent troubles in the coverage of the conference, we encourage you to register as a press. Press registration is offered at the reception, please fill out the registration forms including the name and name of the organization (fill in contact information could be done by submitting a business card). A press certificate will be given to you upon registration.
Please show out the certificate of participation in a visible position on the site. Registration for a purpose other than conference coverage will not be allowed.
Rules Concerning Photographs
- In case of taking photographs of participants, please ask for their consent first. If photographs should be taken without consent, you may ASKED TO LEAVE.
- Photographs taken place of speaker or session place please follow the instructions of the chairperson of each session.
Other Considerations
- The venue has not plenty of parking space. Please refrain from coming by car.
- Wireless LAN equipment and personal computers available at the venue are not for the purpose for the interview. Please arrange for your own Internet connection.
- Even if you are attending the conference for interview purposes, conference fees will be charged the same amount as general participants. Please refer for details at Registration.
